As a Child Care Professional, you encourage children to use their own talents. You look through the eyes of the child and place yourself in their world. You facilitate a safe, challenging living, learning and developmental environment, so that the children can develop optimally. Training overview
- Before you can start working with our client, you will be trained for the dutch language, reaching a B1 level. It will be a
total of 13 weeks (3 months): 5 weeks online (from your home) and then 8 weeks in the Netherlands, already
immersed in Dutch environment. - After reaching B1 level you start working (20 hours/week) and keep studying (20 hours/week) to improve your
language skills to improve to B2 level, this will take from 4 to 6 months.
