Training & Integration Programme (4 Months Total)

Dutch Language Course – Netherlands

You will complete an intensive Dutch course in the Netherlands before starting your full Registered Nurse role.

During this period, you will already gain experience in the workplace by supporting daily care activities under supervision.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting patients with personal hygiene
• Wound care and medication administration
• Providing emotional and psychological support
• Assisting with daily activities and care routines
• Monitoring patient wellbeing and reporting updates
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers

Career Development

After obtaining your BIG registration, you will grow into your full Registered Nurse role with increased responsibilities. Depending on your progress, this can happen within your first year.

• EU Nursing degree recognized within the EU

• EU passport

• Currently living in Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands

• Good English communication skills

• Willingness to learn Dutch

• Availability to start the process immediately

• Availability to move/start working in the Netherlands at the end of February

Salary

Before BIG registration:
€2.643,39 – €3.471,46 gross/month
After BIG registration:
€3.384,01 – €4.102,25 gross/month
(depending on experience)
